You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or you may choose check out as a Guest. However, being our member will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Orders can be modified if you are paying through bank deposit or money transfer. You may send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject “Order Cancellation” or “Order Revision” which ever applies. We will reply with acknowledgement response once your cancellation or modification has been accepted.However, orders paid through PayPal cannot be modified or cancelled.

ORDER STATUS

After we have received your payment confirmation and once shipment has been done, we will send you an email with your parcel’s Tracking Number.Please track your own parcel, we have no control over the courier.
It takes 24-72 hours to process an order, if your order is placed after 5:00 pm your order will not be processed until the next day. It takes 2-4 business days for local delivery, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

Please note that Exchanges and Returns are accepted within customers besed in the Philippines only. All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchanged if the item is defected (please note that all items undergo quality control before being shipped out) or if you need to change the size. Exchange policy only applies to regular priced items. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (tag intact, unworn, unwashed). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all three conditions will be duly declined.Please note that all exchanges have to be mailed back within 3 working days from the day the item(s) was delivered. We will get back to you with a confirmation regarding the replacement item after 24 hours once we receive your parcel back.
